SUPPORT CONAN O’BRIEN!

by admin on January 16, 2010

In case you’re not aware of the huge injustice being done to Conan O’Brien by his own studio, please click this link.

There’s going to be a rally on Monday. I am going to do my best to be a part of them. Mike Mitchell created this image and is leading the rallies. Essentially, they’re trying to send the message that we support Conan AND raise money for the survivors of the tragedy in Haiti.

Here’s the info:

From the campaign:
With the support of The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien staff — and even the legendary redhead himself — we’re orchestrating several rallies across the U.S., with the primary one being in Los Angeles, right in front of Mr. O’Brien’s studio:

Monday, Jan. 18, 2009
12pm to 4pm (RAIN or SHINE)

Sidewalk in front of Gate 2
Universal Studios lot
100 Universal Plaza Dr. (off of Lankershim)
Universal City, CA 91608

We suggest that, if you can,
to take the Metro (aka subway)
to the Universal City stop,
as it’s right across the street.

If you’re not in the Los Angeles area, then check out these other rallies going on simultaneously in New York, Chicago, and Seattle.

Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Late Night characters, wear orange wigs, or just by bringing bags of Cheeto’s to share (hey, they’re orange!).

At the LA rally, a select number of “I’m with Coco” posters and shirts will be available at Noon for free, but quantities will probably be limited, as we’re expecting quite a crowd.

The Red Cross will also be on hand to collect donations for Haitian relief, so bring a few bucks to put in the jar. With over 1,200+ fans scheduled to attend, that means we can actually bring some salvation to people who have lost their homes, families and friends.
